Hi there,

This may be a really daft question. I haven't had a Samsung phone for a very long time and just got the s21 Ultra. When my phone is locked the screen doesn't wake up to tell me I have a notification, when I do that Always On it seems to always stay on, is anyone able to help?

I don't think Samsung's do 🤷🏻‍♀️ on my S10+ I had to download glimpse notification's so I could get the screen to light up when a notification came through.
