Hello, I have bought the Huawei Headset CM33 (USB C).
When I plug them on the smartphone, they appear as not supported Headset.
Is there a way to use them anyway? (some particular configuration to set up or some app to use in oder to install them).
If there is no absolute way, where can I find if an USB C Headset is usable by the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G ?
Thank you very much,
Paride

I have found out the problem.
The earphones are analogical and Samsung smartphones do not support the analogical singlal, but only the digital one.
For this reason the majority of the smartphones are compatible with the analogical USB C earphones, but not the Samsung smartphones.

I've not used that particular headset so I could only Google Search to see.
I'd suggest you do the same if you haven't already.
There seems to be forums and help centres for most devices nowadays, so it maybe worth looking for one for fellow users of that particular headset as they may have workarounds.
Perhaps reaching out to the headset manufacturer support team may yield some help too @Paride86

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
