Google "Send to Device" not workin

Google Chrome has a feature that when you left click a displayed phone number, you get a dropdown to send the phone number directly to your phone. The feature works just fine on my Galaxy S7 Edge, but it does not work on my Galaxy S21+. All devices are on the same WiFi network.

Does anyone know what may be the problem?
