After the most recent Android 14/OneUi 6 update, my Galaxy S21 Ultra volume down button no longer works.
I've tried restarting the phone which lets the button work for around a minute then stops working again.
I've also booted into safe mode and had the same volume button behavior.
I then tried doing a factory reset and had the same behavior where the first minute after the phone booted up, both volume buttons work and then the volume down button stops working again.
Is there anything else I can do?

Please also try > Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
There is a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App too.
If that does not help then a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for the response. As mentioned in the original post I have already tried using Safe Mode which did not fix the issue.
I have also tried using the Samsung diagnostic tool which didn't tell me anything.

I know this probably won't work and may have just been a coincidence but when I turned power saving mode on they seemed to be more responsive. Maybe the update put stress on the IOS? Just seeing if mine was a fluke.
