Hi, I have a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G phone. I go the new Android 12 update and It does not work at all, I tried doing a simple task as opening Chrome and its just throws me off the app I have tried updating the app through play store but it does not want to do it is shows as pending. I uninstalled the app and cleared the cache nothing seems to work. Note I have the same problems with YouTube and Gmail. I am unable to find any hints on how i can resolve this, any helpful tips. Thank you

Got my Phone crashing as well after the big update, i did the small update afterwards but its still happening. i got Galaxy S20 Plus

Update f**ed up my s20 5g too.
Network 4G and wifi extremely bad.

Same issue here, ever since the 2 updates in the last few weeks my phone reboots itself a dozen times a day sometimes when it isn't being used, battery life has decreased, processing speed has slowed down.
My S20 Ultra 5G is now a pain in the ass, is this all a cunning stunt by Samsung prior to them releasing a new model?
I've had Galaxy phones for years, think it's time for a change

Same problem here with my Galaxy S20. After updating to Android 12 my phone crashes at least once a day. Especially apps like Google Chrome and WhatsApp, they freeze and after that the phone reboot itself.
Also I have noticed that the battery consumption have increased a lot. Now the phone can barely reach the end of the day. Really annoying, I hope the it can be solved soon.

Sooo, I seemed to have fixed this, not sure how but this is what I've done -
1. Cleared cache a few times after reboots.
2. Restart in safe mode, then disable safe mode after 5 mins - repeated this 3 times a few days ago.
3. Raise complaint and fault ticket with Samsung.
4. Let battery fully discharge.
5. Recharge to 100%.
This is all I've done and had no issues for the last 36 hours.

S20 Ultra user here. My phone is unusable since updating to Android 12.
Even basics like apps communication is broken.
Hue app will not open so I can't control my lights.
WhatsApp is stuck and will not send or receive messages.
All operations slow and lagging.
I WISH I had not upgraded, I wish I had known I was effectively an early adopter and a beta tester for Samsung's firmware......
