This is a fairly new phone.  Trying to get it set up.  However, when I receive video messages, the volume buttons don't control the volume in the video message.  Any ideas?  TIA

@CyberNaNa Hello, is the Volume Buttons option for multimedia activated in Settings / Sounds and vibration / Volume?
This only happens with an app?
