I followed a tempting email advert to the Samsung Boost page, but even though I have signed in I can't get further than the pop up for the privacy policy.
I check the two boxes, or one, or any combination of them, and click Proceed to samsung.com and the page just hangs. I can click to close the pop up box, but the page does not then progress to the offer.
I've tried both my Samsung devices, and my PC, all with multiple browsers, same issue every time.
Is it me or is the website broken?
