Finger print recognition

Anyone else find that their finger print recognition is very poor for opening phone screen? I'm mostly using my number code which is frustrating

Ensure there are no bubbles around the finger press sensor..my sound silly but you will be surprised....I pressed down firmly the do this and then it worked

I have a A41 mobile and use fingerprint recognition l also use smart lock on the lock screen that works well the only issue l have is if sometimes l don't hold finger correctly on the sensor for it to recognize it 👍

Go to Settings, Display, touch sensitivity and turn slider on.
