The latest update to the Files app appears to have broken it, no longer works with Google Drive.

Works on my S21 Ultra, do you get any error messages? Have you checked the account info is still present?

if that's the blue Files app, this happened a couple of years ago with an update then too. I had to remove all updates and reset it to the factory version of the app until they released another patched update.

Many thanks all, I have cleared the cache (probably should have done that first) seems to have done the trick.
