I have tried to use my edge panel (ep) but it wasn't there. I checked settings and the button wasn't there either. My device is not fake, I tried updating it, reseting it and looked online but couldn't find any answers.

mine S9+ arrived yesterday and edge panel was already set to on. you mention edge screen but its itemised in setting as edge panel. Im sure you know this and have checked edge panel search in settings. otherwise its a call to samsung i think.
