I thought all S20 ultras were E SIM enabled. It sums mine is not, any ideas why?

Go to settings- about phone- what does it say under model? *not product name
And- About phone- Software information- Service provider software version- what does it say?

When I enter *#06# on the keypad I get 2 barcodes

I didn't ask for that.

Under "Service provider software version," it should give just one long code.

Look at my image for an example.

The reason I ask is if most S20 Ultra phones have eSIM support, but depending on the phone's region code, that could be the reason for no eSIM support.

Delete the images. Only needed Service provider software version.

Canadian Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, running on Android 13, with the general Canadian firmware (XAC) and a configuration that is likely tied to the Bell Mobile carrier

So- if youre in the UK and not using bell mobile this could be the issue why Esim isnt working
