My phone can't find my TV when I'm trying to open dex. I have a S21 ultra and Qled 80t running on the same network. Any ideas why this is would be appreciated.

Smart view works just won't find my TV when I try to use dex. The baffling thing is it finds my neighbours tvs but not mine.

Maybe you need to turn on something in your TV to make it discoverable.

I am presuming its on the same wifi as your phone.

You need to be on the same network... I.e TV on netgear1 and phone on netgear1 if the TV is on netgear2 then the phone needs to be changed.

They are both on the same network.

Dex should work... smarthings work with bluetooth which my TV is not. But dex works perfectly.
