Contacts not syncing

Hi,

My contacts have not synced for months either to my Google account or Samsung cloud account.

Sync is switched on. I've tried enabling/disabling but it still won't sync. Any ideas?

@Paul_r1 Hello, try Reset Apps Preferences. Access Settings/Applications/the three dots on the top right-Reset Preferences, you don't lose personal data-restrictions of apps used will be reset.I hope to help.
