Is anyone else struggling to claim the free gifts? 

Mine says it opens the 28th January but when I go to the website it says I'm early 🤔

how do you claim without your imei number. My s21 is being delivered tomorrow

you have a month to claim, you have to take pics of immigration number and invoice etc to claim. you can't do anything until you have the phone and set up. them sign in to samsung members off your new phone so they know your using it.

I've asked samsung if the colours will be matching to the devices and they said No they will be standard black.
