claim free gifts

Is anyone else struggling to claim the free gifts? 

Mine says it opens the 28th January but when I go to the website it says I'm early 🤔

I got both my buds professionals and the tag thing delivered yesterday by DPD.. Still waiting for my S21 ultra though as they say they're making it lol.
