Can't use Upgrade Programme and Employee Portal discount

I bought my S20+ through the Employee Portal so got a discount.  I signed up to the Upgrade Programme then too.  I've had notification that I can upgrade but can't see a way to get the discount.  I do still have access to the Employee Portal.  Any ideas anyone?!

Have spoken with Samsung directly and unfortunately been told the following:

"Apologies we do not have NHS discount on the Upgrade Programme also the Upgrade is not available on discounted sites or products as the price for the device is fix for the contract."

"The price on the Upgrade Programme cannot be discounted and that's why it is not available on discounted portals only on the regular website where price is whole and fix."

Very disappointing
