Can't find the schedule future delivery function for texts after the latest update - Nov 2019

My phone updated overnight last night and and now I can't figure out how to schedule a message for future delivery.  I use this function all the time and really count on it.  Thanks in Advance.

On the stock Samsung Message App.

Launch the app.

Press the > icon that shows before your text box.

Create your text message now or before you press the >  its upto you when you press it.

Press the box made up of 4 squares.

Schedule Message is in there.
