Hi, got the S21 ultra, love the phone just finding it hard to get really good pictures, I also have the iPhone 12 Pro max.

The iPhone seems to take cleaner crisper pics, how Come, anyone got any tips. 

Trying to take pics of my dogs, so all pics looked blurred. 

Any help please as the iphone is hardly used,

It's really doing my head in. This camera is meant to be the best and the iphone 12mega pixel is better. Or am I doing something wrong

I contacted them and discussed the problems with picture quantity to no avail nothing he could say or do do put me through to sales and arranged exchange.

Problem is, to me the note20 ultra and the s20 5g was the same. I do not think its an individual problem, I think there is to much going on, and to take a pic you have to set it correctly, basically like a professional photographer. I don't have time for this as I'm trying to get pics of puppies, and dogs.
Sad to say but it is behind the iPhone 12 Pro. For basic camera anyway

That's mean it's already updateed firmware. I would suggest if problem presists send it back to Samsung
