I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra in May. I have had to replace this phone 2 times and it's still giving me the same problem. The problem is I can make calls out I can hear the people sometimes other times I cannot. Also when I receive calls I can't hear them but they can hear me. I have worked with T-Mobile for 4 days in a row resetting my phone, resetting my network and the same problem is happening. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix it

Same issue with my S21. This happened on an older Samsung phone too but was eventually fixed with an upgrade. Hopefully a fix comes soon because it's getting really really frustrating!

I am having the same issue....we have 3 Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultas Issue started after the last software update. Verizon says they have 1000 of complaints and that Samsung is supposedly working on a fix with July Software update.
