Call Issues

Is anybody else experiencing call issues with the S21? 

People can't hear me but I can hear them. Sometimes the call doesn't connect at all and also it says the person has answered but the call is still ringing?

I have to restart my phone 4/5 times a day for a call to work properly before becoming faulty again

I have seen a few with this issue and perhaps it's the last update that maybe causing the issue

Android 12

Iv already factory reset my phone and still the issue is there. It does appear to have happened more since the update. Hopefully this can get solved
