Beeping after blocked call

I'm hoping someome can help. My wife and I both have Galaxy S9+ phones. After the latest update to Android 10, our phones have been making beeping sounds, as if an alarm is going off, and we cant turn it off. We have to restart our phones. After we restart, we get a notification of a blocked call. Anyone else getting having this issues? Any fixes?

To help rule out a downloaded app(s) consider putting the phone into Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps but leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens @martij7

Also please check all relevant settings.

I though about that being the issue, but my wife's phone has different apps than me and her phone does it too. The wierd thing is that if we turn the media volume down it goes away, we put it back up and its still there. This happened after we did the latest update to android 10. Could it be a bug with the latest patch?

Can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre ? If so try them.
