Audio cutting off when recording a video using external microphone

Hello, I have been recording videos using a Rode microphone connected by cable to my S21 Ultra and sometimes after a minute or so the audio will just completely cut out on the video or sometimes wont record any audio at all, there is no static or bad audio it just totally cuts out. Any idea why this is? I'm filming in video UHD 60.

I hope we get a moderator to reply with some advice. It's a really annoying issue. I filmed a 10 minute video for only 45 seconds of my audio to be recorded.
