Has the benefits section in your Samsung Members App worked fine before ?
Have you recently updated your phone's software ?
Clear your System File Cache via the instructions in the Samsung Link. You may need to hook upto a computer or insert your headphones to get to the recovery menu. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
This section is working just fine on my phone.
You could try clearing the cache of the app via settings, app, Samsung Members, storage , clear cache.
