Android 12 update recieved today - Issues with update? E.g. WhatsApp Videos changing colour quality and showing lines on them?

Received Android 12 update today, seems very sleek n lovely. One problem thats showing when sending videos on WhatsApp they r changing colour quality n showing lines on them. Has anyone noticed that with the new update?

TEMPORARY FIX, if video is in gallery edit it and save it in HD format. Or if recording a video, record it in HD rather than FD resolution n send in WhatsApp. Doesnt show any lines or coloured distortion. I know its not how it should be but until the update fixes it.

thought is was just me with this problem, i have gone as far as doing factory reset but it didnt help, all the pain resetting my phone for nothing, i even tried downgrading but it wont let me, so annoying.

Yep same here. Oddly if you record the video through WhatsApp the green line isn't there.

I'll report as suggested anyway, as people have said the more people who report it the better.

My  lock screen remains in landscape mode, why is that now?

I tried sending the same video through other app and it went fine.
Apparently the problem is only related to whatsapp
