Same issue for me, not the first time I've had "offers" from Samsung for purchasing their products and this sort of thing happening.
Don't get me wrong, most of the offers/benefits end up working fine, but usually the ones I'm most interested in don't end up working out.
Fingers crossed this is sorted in time!

I'm having the same issue. Promo support say they know nothing about it and nothing they can do. Despite it being clearly stated on the Samsung website. Link and ss attached

I do now see it with my other boost offers now. Unfortunately I can only get as far as completing the Captcha and hitting the claim button, only to be met with "Sorry no offers are currently available, please try again later."
Been getting this for the past few days now /shrug
