6.1 Update killed my touch screen S21+ Ultra

The 6.1 upgrade killed my touchscreen. I did have it replaced, probably with an aftermarket from what I've read. Is there a way to revert to the previous version? Not cool Samsung!

I bought two refurbished Samsung S21 Ultra phones in February, they weren't cheap at all, and 6 months later they ruined my phone with a mandatory software update. Are you kidding me? Samsung should take responsibility for their mistakes, or maybe they did it on purpose as the rumors say. It's really bad on Samsung's part that people with this issue since April haven't been able to fix the problem without having to spend more money. I'm really disappointed.

Whaaaaaat? Its a Joke rght? Everybody know ! That is a joke! Touch fails on binary 12 or B, r u install that firmware on One UI 6.1? Man ur crazy the binary number cant be downgraded, ONE UI 6.1 is only on binary B o 12 its impossible downgrade to binary 11 or 10 or less please dont put that information… is fake, is impossible if u try install that firmware… the phone dont let the installation continue, please dont be a lier

Same issue here, just replaced my s21 due to update screen issue, loaded it up and it updated straight to 6.1 and no touch response again! Joke

I just updated to the July software and it still did not fix my issue on my S21. This is irritating. If I need to spend any money on another phone or repair, it will not be towards a Samsung. This is unacceptable to not respond to this screw up!
