[UPDATE] See post #3 for latest releases of CVC4
Samsung has begun rolling out their ONE UI 4.1 release for the S21 series of international devices.
Initially, as always, this is a staged rollout to the non-carrier branded, stock Samsung CSC codes first.
The Galaxy S21 international devices that will receive this update are...
This latest release replaces the previous G99*BXXU4BVB1 build on the international devices.
Changelog
It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.

When Three get around to certifying their carrier branded firmware so that Samsung can release it. For fast firmware updates, always get the stock, non carrier branded, phones.

One feature of this release that I personally find redundant, is RAM Plus...
Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > RAM Plus
I have 16GB of dedicated LPDDR5 RAM built-in which I very rarely use more than 10GB-12GB. However, there is no option to turn off the RAM Plus feature completely. No big deals as I have set it to 2GB.
