Galaxy buds+ no pop-up animation

My galaxy buds plus connect and work perfectly except when I open them the animation doesn't popup, what can I do for this?

➡️ GLOBAL MANAGEMENT
➡️ RESET
➡️ RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.

It worked after i tried those steps and some new changes in notification setting, thanks @Lautiana!
