Did you have this problem from the start, or did it only appear over time? Have you subsequently installed any programs that are now running in the background and are slowing down your system because they are taking up too much memory?
Have a look in the Windows Task Manager which task takes up how much power from the system.
Which energy saving options do you have activated?
Are all your Windows and programs/apps and drivers up to date?
Check everything and let me know if you were able to eliminate the error.
✌️I have one additional tip. Press and hold the Shift key while shutting down Windows. This actually shuts down Windows completely and also deletes all cached files. If you exit Windows like this, you have to press the power button to restart.
