C1860FW Firmware upgrade was completed unsuccessfully

Ich habe oben genannten Drucker und habe wegen Kommunikationsproblemen einen Firmware Upgrade gemacht.

Seitdem habe ich im Display das Samsung Logo und ein Fenster mit der Fehlermeldung:

Firmware upgrade was completed unsuccessfully

please upgrade firmware UI again for recovery

das Habe ich schon 10mal versucht, leider ohne erfolg.

Der Drucker funktioniert bis auf die Bedienung am Drucker direkt.

Ich komme auch im Browser in das Druckerfenster.

Der Support kann mir angeblich nicht weiter helfen und Vorort kann ich leider keinen Laden finden, der Samsung Drucker repariert.

Der normale Factory reset geht natürlich nicht, da ich kein Display, sondern nur das Tastenfeld daneben habe.

Wer kann mir helfen?

i wish if anybody has the firmware V4.00.03.02... it think this is only the option to try to downgrade ...

SOLVED !!! 

i have order an USED printer that was broken , and i have take the PCB OPE(which is touchscreen+kepad) and i have put to my PRINTER and everything works... (but need to adjust usb port witch connector is different , more larger) 

the OLD MODELPRINTER used 3 PORT OPE BOARD and MAIN BOARD with outside RAM module.. the NEW MODEL PRINTER used 2 PORT OPE BOARD and MAIN BOARD with integrated RAM module....
