Z4 flip not counting steps on samsung health

My samsung health app is not working for anything ! I had trouble last week with it , it then worked for 2 days and stopped again ! It is currently doing nothing ? Does anybody know how to fix this ?

@roxi666: Can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Permissions, and make sure that 'Physical activity' is allowed. If it is, tap the Back button, select Battery and toggle on 'Allow background activity'. With these settings in place, select 'Force Stop' at the bottom of the screen, then reopen the Samsung Health app. Let me know if this helps.

Hiya , yes this has now worked for my steps . Is this the only thing the heth app now does ? (Counts steps) and allows input only ? As things like the stress app , bpm heart rate no longer work ! I'm working wondering if it would be worth downloading a different app instead thanks
