@roxi666: Can you try heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Permissions, and make sure that 'Physical activity' is allowed. If it is, tap the Back button, select Battery and toggle on 'Allow background activity'. With these settings in place, select 'Force Stop' at the bottom of the screen, then reopen the Samsung Health app. Let me know if this helps.
