Web apps saved as Add page to Home screen will only open in mobile mode

Quick test can be done with Reddit.

1. Open Reddit
2. Request Desktop site or if you are in Dex that should be the default
3. Samsung Interner browser menu -> Add page to... Home screen
4. This web app will only open in mobile mode regardless you are in Dex or Saved in Desktop mode.
