A Beta program will probably start soon on certain devices. This normally lasts a couple of months or so depending on any issues that need sorting
So general release should be later this year
Again on certain devices and will eventually filter down to others
What phone do you have?

At the moment they isn't a firm date when it will be available as Samsung have just started running 5.1.1 beta for some models last week so the beta 6 could be after that program is finished, Samsung is known not run two beta programe together so when all the testing is finished we can expect Andoid 14 later this year. No date as yet.
