I don't know when it happened, but I definitely know that I bought S24 ultra without TTS voice languages. A few months ago, without my knowledge and permission, Hindu, Russian, Polish, Mexican Spanish, Vietnamese and Thai TTS voice languages were installed on my ultra. And now they are in the system and I can neither disable nor uninstall them. That's the behavior of malicious programs, these languages are completely unnecessary and useless, why is Samsung forcing this nonsense, it should have been an option, not a coercion.
When I want to report unwanted language, Google warns me that the website apps-support-samsung.com is suspicious and that it is not sure that it is from Samsung. Google says that the reasons for suspicion can be the following - the page is private, or it is new, or it is rarely used visits.

Did the suggestion above from @rindert work for anyone?
Or did the unwanted languages continue to appear under Updates in the phone's Samsung App Store?

I didn't try that solution yet.
I didn't see them in Updates either.
But, I checked Apps...
Now I have even more, my phone downloaded all Voice 2 by itself 😂😂😂😂

Hello everyone,
There is no way, that I have found, to delete and keep the undesired TTS Language Apps from coming back under Updates in the Samsung App Store.
So It seems that the only way to prevent these unwanted TTS Language packs from updating is to disable the undesired TTS Language App.
Once you have disabled the undesired TTS Language pack it will no longer appear under Updates in the Samsung App Store.
The undesired TTS Language App will still be on your phone and will appear in the Apps list albeit as Disabled, but at least your phone will no longer waste time, resources, or data from your service provider plan trying to update them
Here is a good link explaining it step-by-step

What bothered me the most was seeing them in Updates. As far as I remember, on previous Samsungs they used to update themselves and I never saw them, i.e. I had to update them manually, so I didn't even know that Vietnamese, Thai, Russian, Polish were pre-installed. As long as I don't see them, they don't bother me, the S24 ultra has enough memory to accommodate all the languages of the world, or at least all European languages, which would be logical for phones sold in the EU

But your TTS spying!

The solution to that is:
Setting» General Management» Language Packs» Delete all the unnecessary packs.
I know they are for smoother experience but not everyone requires them, so you can go ahead and remove them that way. If necessary in future you can simply download the ones you want from the Galaxy Store.

Well, it is intrusive. It's highly intrusive to not be in control over a device that I bought. A freaking expensive device that I can't even access systems files in. A freaking expensive device that is locked down tighter than Fort Knox and won't let me uninstall ***** apps that I will never, never use. Why do OEM act like they still own the device that someone BOUGHT?

No. The option is not available in my settings. I'm not sure you understand that I'm not talking about voice recognition packs. Text To Speech = TTS

I have noticed the same , this is highly suspicious and Samsung should allow to remove this languages if they are not required in the operating country.
O am begining to think i should go the fruit option instead ....
