I have tried to google this problem and no one seems to have an answer to this. I'm from the UK and I have an unlocked S8 (SM-G950F) and I cannot connect to Samsung Pay no matter what I do.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and nothing, I have also tried without encrypting my phone and still the same issue... is there anything else I can do?

THE METHOD IN THAT LINK WORKS!! SERIOUSLY, JUST START CLICKING RETRY AND START ALL AT ONCE!!
it then gave me an error trying to enter the card saying it was unsupported but after trying again it worked!!!

Any updates on how to fix this problem? I have the same issue with my new Note 10 plus, NZ model phone, trying to use Samsung pay in Australia.
Does the factory reset solution work?
