If you have ever used Good Lock's Themes Park module before, creating some of your own icon styles before upgrading to OneUI 7, there is an option to restore the old icon layout.
Open Themes Park, open Icon style tab, and tap an old icon pack which you created only using Themes Park.
Tap edit, it will open the icon pack editor and you can then undo all customizations (icon color, frame color, and frame itself) by tapping the x at the top of the color and frame selection. The icons will revert to their original OneUI 6.1 look, and even older looks, if you changed them on OneUI 5. Save your icon pack and apply.
Enjoy in your (new) old icon style 😎

Thank you, I hope so. The only downside is that the calendar no longer shows the current date, nor clock current time.

If you just want to change an icon and don't want third-party icons, Theme Park is still the best thing Samsung has given us.
The advantage of Theme Park is that you can literally edit every application however you want, you can have a unique look for each application, and no icon pack can do that. Only Theme Park.
Here's how to change the look of an application
1. Open Theme Park, choose icon tab, tap an icon pack, tap edit. Tap 3 dots on top right
2. Tap an app
3. Now you have options to choose any picture or stickers for new look of your app.
Edit: if you notice that my icons looks like our new egg battery, you are right, I created and used new egg battery frame for my icon pack 🤭😂

Yes, but only through Theme Park, because it's not support Samsung OneUI directly
