Hi,

I have a problem that I am not able to add a sound to my video in Studio app. When I am trying to do so it simply takes me back to main screen of the app. I can hear the song in the app while choosing it but when I confirm, I doesnt save it on the vid.

I sent this vid to my friend who has samaung as well, she couldnt add the music as well.

I downloaded this vid and tried to add sound in the Gallery, did not work.

I did soft cache, did not change anything.

I tried to add photos only made by phone (I was thinking maybe photos from my bff phone are too much for the app) but no.

Studio app has all permissions needed.

Help!

Just tried it on my TabS9U, and it worked fine with a photo. Unfortunately, I couldn't check with a video as I got an error message saying the videos were either the wrong resolution or unsupported file types.

Update: I just tried it on my S23U using those same videos, and it worked perfectly. So, I tried again with my tablet, but this time, I used a video shot with it, and it worked fine but subsequently wouldn't work on my phone. Must be something to do with the aspect ratio, maybe. What resolution, format and aspect ratio are your videos. Try shooting a video with the phone and see if it works.

Hi, thanks for answering.

I did as advised and git probably the same pop up as you did: Can't open files because they're corrupt, use unsupported file types, or their resolutions are too high.

Its kinda crazy that I can not edit the vid made by phone on the samsung system app.

I tried also to add sound in the gallery by editing, did not work out either.
