Smart Switch

That app truly sucks! Was advised to use the Microsoft shop for updating the app on my Windows 11 PC. Downloaded the respective .exe file, clicked on it. Nothing happens! 

Restarted the phone (S22) and the PC and started anew. Same story. 

The app is seemingly installed but connecting my phone: nothing happens again!

The app should be installed on your phone out of the box. If the pc software says "welcome to smart switch" then it's installed correctly.

Unlock your phone, plug your phone into your pc. Smart switch should say the phone is connected.

Remember to use a usb cable with data transfer, not just charging

If it says something else, mind saying what it says?
