Mobile Apps & ServicesI tried using Smart Switch, on my Windows 11 Pro laptop and using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 & my Samsung S21 Ultra Cell Phone.
When I plug in my phone to laptop, for the 1st time, I click "Outlook Sync"
Then I click "Sync Preferences for Outlook"
I get the Sync Preferences for Outlook screen, everything is greyed out except the check boxes for Contacts, Calendar, & To do.
When I check off either Contacts or Calendar or To do, I get the following error message
hr = 0x80040155 (Interface not registered)
I even rebooted laptop & phone and still get this error message.
I don't know why it wont work. Can you please explain why it is not working.
I got screen shots pasted in Word if you require to see.

For me the calendar is most important and I tried all of the suggestions none work - aside the paid for service.
Samsung support suggest re-installing Outlook, (Stand alone desktop version 2019) but that had no effect nor did installing other versions of Smart Switch.
This is really fustrating.
