Hi has anyone recently bought one of the smart light sound machine rgb lamps and have they noticed that they're phone us excluded I have an s21 5g and when I try to open the barcode on the box there is appstore and playstore and play store says file is downloaded would you like to download it again but I went to my files and nearly lost my entire data trying to open it dose anyone know what I mean and can you help me please thanx it was OK before but I had to get a new one
