SHEALTH - Only health focused why not ...

Just gradually back to the land of the living from 6 days on and off in bed (chest infection), but being Tech focused I kept wearing my GW6 but overall disappointed but not surprised at the results, you need better sleep.

That aside surely there is scope for not just positive health, but also negative health, say when convalescing or the health issues which can make use of the health data.

Thoughts ?

Aside from the obvious ones (sleep, heart, stress, BP, weaight measurements), I would love to see additional options like monitoring haemoglobin (manual entries), body temperature, etc.

@Obsydian  Hope you are fighting fight now   In addition to @Neo001 's suggestions  one for the future would be  sweat gland measurements as that can be an indicator of the nervous system response.

Thanks @JAMES4578 just as I thought all was ok I received a day 7 well night of aches and high temperature.

Sweat gland measurements sounds a good one.

I did think SHEALTH AI would be more proactive and Bot like feedback, but I guess we need to await the Ring and SHEALTH update.

I was aware that is measured as part of sleep measurements or external objects. Wasn't aware that it now also allows for active body temp measurements (besides I have GW4 Classic, so no temp sensor at all 😀).

Only temperature measurement during sleep or period prediction (might try that 🤔).

There are a few 3rd party watch apps supposedly allow on demand use of the temperature sensor

With my current watch getting old.. will be a good time to switch when Watch 7 comes out. Hopefully the next watch / OS update allows for on demand temp measurements and possibly other new features.
