Setting on Smarttag greyed out

Hello,

I have 3 Smarttags and when I access them via SmartThings the options to change anything are greyed out. I'm trying to set the Power Saving mode to on but a message popped up saying "connect the device to your phone to change this setting" this is happening on all 3 devices. This used to work before and now all the options are greyed out.

Have your phone close to a device, open the settings for that smart tag, the top should say connecting. Just wait 30 seconds. It should say connected. If not, try rebooting your phone

I've shared 3 Tags to partners phone but they show as greyed out. If I click 3 top lines it shows OWNER = being me ACCESS LEVEL = Full Access. SHARED DEVICES = 3 DEVICES. Under it shows 3 green tags which I cannot liven up.

I've checked we both have green ticks against out Samsung account. I've spent hours on this, and now I'm waving the white flag. Please help.
