Secure folder

After factory resetting a phone and updating to its latest version, the secure folder doesn't work anymore.

Edit: Cannot manually install/create folder.

Anybody have a fix for this, or is it up to the developers of knox?

Unfortunately, yes. Nothing happened.

It will not let me clear the cache. I only get the screen "Use pin after restart".  I do not get a "forgotten password" option.  Nothing happens when I type in the pin, correctly or incorrectly.
