Why, just why, is there a notification about the Secure Folder being locked that we can't do anything with (apart from silencing it for up to 2 hours)?
This design is utterly stupid - what will the users store in the _SECURE_ folder? Data that they want to be _SECURE_.
Should this content be hidden and inacessable without an action from an authenticated user? YES.
Is it implemented this way? No. Is there an obnoxious notification saying that there is hidden content on the phone in plain sight? For some reason - yes.
I have set up a Samsung account just for the convenience of Secure Folder. Having sold my data to a company, I'd expect them to at least provide me with a good user experience in return.
Why can't we customise a device we've purchased? Never paying for a Samsung device/service until their policy has drastically changed.

What are the alternatives?

I paid a fair bit for the phone. Then I sold my data for access to the Secure Folder.
The user experience around the information that Secure Folder is locked is designed in the worst possible way I could come up with.
This issue is also at least 10 months old, so I believe Samsung won't do anything about that.

Google locked folder is just that, a locked folder.
Samsung Secure Folder on the other hand is another layer on top of your system allowing apps to run in two different environments.
