I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with the Samsung website. Every time I try to visit the website, it freezes and becomes unresponsive. I am not sure if it's a problem with my phone or the website itself, but I can't scroll, browse or shop. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

At times this issue is reported, best ideas are to clear the cache or use another Browser/Device. occasionally there may be an issue at Samsung's end.

it constantly hangs for me when checking my order for s24. It is the same for each browser I try or use the Samsung Shop app. Seems Samsung are a victim of their success with S24 orders. But from such a big enterprise, we should expect more.
