I'd say a common issue amongst couples, freinds, family members complaining about snoring, some.even go as far to record the offending action, yes the struggle is real.
Last year I had a deviated septum operation, was fine, but seems some people are suggesting my snoring is worse, more so whilst on our holidays. I have used Snore Detection before and didn't even plug my mobile in, was minimal battery loss and did provide some shocking sounds, I think it was my other half though 🤣
So tonight I plan an evidence based approach using the power of Samsung SHEALTH Snore detection to record and review the number of times I snore and a subjective is it any quieter with the Nasal Dilator.
I think it would be useful if Samsung provided a dB level.

So it seems the MUTE Snoring Aid made some difference, snoring was not as loud, more of a whistle, the Watch 6 is great for Health tracking as I want all my priority notifications at night, which sadly the Samsung Ring cannot do this, but can see a space maybe for the Samsung Ring with the fitness band types, like WHOOP band, which costs £229 for Annual or £384 for 24 months.
