Hi, I'm new to this community. I recently bought a Samsung S20 FE 5g off amazon and when I connected my Verizon 4G LTE sim card it worked only for a few minutes but stopped working. It now says that there isn't a sim card connected. What do I do? I tried many different things from using the second sim card slot, factory resetting, and a bunch more. The settings on my phone seem pretty different from the settings I see when looking at guides for example there isn't a mobile networks tab in the connections section of settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?
