A got an A33 irritation started when samsung pay would say try again later while registering a card. Well, 3 days later, I found the problem you must turn off the NFC on the phone, and then I could add a card manauly.
Why they dont say it anywhere also Galaxy Store started say your phone is not compatible well it is with NFC in the off mode!
