The accessibility of Samsung Notes is limited to Samsung devices, which poses challenges for users who rely on multiple devices or seek reliable backup options. This limitation undermines the utility of Samsung Notes, particularly in scenarios involving device damage, loss, or power failure.

You can copy and paste them to Microsoft to make it available on your other devices. Tbh I am not expecting Samsung to make it so easily shareable with other companies' devices. Apple ecosystem is even more limited within itself, I think Samsung is allowed to do the same.

To be fair, it does sync to Microsoft OneNote I've just seen. But not well organised, and any locked notes are not locked in OneNote.
And I do get that they want to keep you in the ecosystem, but Samsung are working in conjunction with Google anyhow, so I'm not sure how relevant it is to keep things separated anyway.

Idk but I never used the Notes properly until I had the S24U. On my other Samsung phones I used Microsoft for notes and I had no problems with my documents.

OK, thank you.
With OneNote, I found that on mobile, the pages just scroll around willy nilly, not just up and down. Rather infuriating. As you've used it on your other devices, is there a way to disable that?

I don't know, I know it's a bit cumbersome but I used it like that all the time.

Whilst may not be ideal a reason why Samsung Notes are tied into the Eco System. There is also an option to save Samsung Notes as a PDF or Microsoft Document.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Unfortunately, that's not seamless nor practical for cross device compatibility, but thank you though.
