Samsung notes bug

Whenever I Use samsung notes, the screen will flicker when i move my cursor or when i draw. It is annoying. As far as I can tell its only in samsung notes and not anywhere else

EDIT: I found it its not samsung notes and in fact is my computer because if I rewatch the video I see nothing flicker until I move my cursor. So its the specific color used. I have a samsung galaxy book 3 pro 360. How can I fix this? Now that I pay attention more I notice that it flickers whenever I move my cursor. Help
